Returns Policy

Returns & exchange

  • In order to return a product, you must contact the Wellacy Admin office to obtain a returns number. Any product(s) returned without this number will be rejected.
  • Returns MUST be received within 10 working days of obtaining the returns number. 
  • If an item is not returned within the aforementioned time frame, we will no longer be able to accept it.
  • Once we have received the returned product(s), we will investigate and test if necessary, to verify the defect. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt for the checks to be carried out and a replacement or credit issued.
  • Should we discover that there is not a defect, or that it has been caused by user error, we will not issue a replacement or raise a credit. You will then have 10 working days to either collect the product, or the product will be disposed of. Wellacy will not be responsible for reimbursing any shipping cost for returning items.
  • Wellacy do not take responsibility for items that get lost in transit, therefore, we suggest sending returns via a trackable service and ensuring the correct amount of postage is paid.
  • Please ensure your returned items are packaged securely and sent to the address below, with the return number clearly annotated and the reason for return.
  • If you ordered the wrong product, we can exchange it as long as it is safely returned to us unopened and unused within 10 working days of receipt. We ask that you pay for the return postage and packaging. Please contact Wellacy Admin office for a returns number prior to sending the consignment.
  • Wellacy Limited reserve the right to change our returns/exchange conditions without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse items returned to us which do not satisfy the requirements stated above, or if the correct returns process has not been followed.
